I got my physical dvd of The Devil's Playhouse a few days ago and I decided it was high time to pay tribute to the good folks at Telltale and Purcell for making such entertaining characters.
And there's only one thing to listen to when seeing this [link] (here's hoping the soundtrack's released soon!)
And to anyone who hasn't played these games...for shame!
I think the best standalone Sam & Max pieces tend to be the ones filled with either gobs and gobs of detail or gobs and gobs of characters doing character-appropriate things regardless of what the center of action is. This is some of both, and it's all the better for it. I'm so happy you spent the time adding all those touches. Great job on the lighting too! I always appreciate it when that's done exceptionally well.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to get better acquainted with my new PC desktop BG ...
